Kaz Carpentry designs and builds custom cabinetry in London, Ontario, for homes and businesses across the city and the surrounding area. Every project is designed with the client, then cut and assembled in-house - and the owner is your primary contact from the first conversation to the final installation, so decisions are made on the spot by the person doing the work.

Custom Kitchens in London, Ontario
A custom kitchen from Kaz Carpentry is designed around how you cook, gather, and live, then built to fit your room exactly - no standard boxes adapted to your space. Design changes are unlimited, and you review shop drawings, elevations, and 3D renderings before anything is built, with the design fee waived if you order. Cabinets are cut and assembled in-house, using Canadian suppliers where possible and European hardware from partners such as Richelieu and Hettich, covered by a lifetime warranty on all hardware.
Kitchen Design & Refinishing
If your cabinet boxes and layout already work, refinishing is the lower-cost route to a new-looking kitchen: new doors and refinished surfaces, without changing the layout or replacing the cabinets. Kaz Carpentry designs and refinishes kitchens in London, Ontario, and will tell you honestly at the quote stage whether refinishing or full replacement is the better spend for your kitchen. Either way, the quote and the design consultation are free.
Custom Bathroom Vanities
A custom bathroom vanity is built to the exact width, plumbing, and storage your bathroom needs - something off-the-shelf vanities rarely manage. Kaz Carpentry designs and builds bathroom vanities in London, Ontario, cut and assembled in-house like all of its cabinetry, with the same lifetime warranty on hardware. A vanity is also a good first project if you want to see the quality of the work before committing to a kitchen.
Walk-in Closets & Wardrobe Storage
A walk-in closet built by Kaz Carpentry is storage designed around your clothes, your shoes, and the room you actually have - hanging space, shelving, and drawers placed where they work, not where a kit happens to put them. Walk-in closets in London, Ontario are designed with the same process as Kaz kitchens: drawings and 3D renderings first, unlimited design changes, and cabinets built in-house. It is the fastest way to make a bedroom feel finished.
Fireplace Mantels & Surrounds
The fireplace is usually the focal point of the room, and a custom mantel makes it one on purpose. Kaz Carpentry designs and builds fireplace mantels in London, Ontario to suit the scale of the room and the style of the house, often alongside matching built-ins on either side. Because every mantel is built in-house, the proportions, profile, and finish are chosen for your fireplace rather than picked from a catalogue.
Entertainment Centres & Built-ins
Built-in entertainment centres and wall units turn a television and its equipment into part of the room instead of furniture pushed against it. Kaz Carpentry builds entertainment centres and built-ins in London, Ontario sized to the wall, the screen, and the storage the household needs, with cabinetry that matches the rest of the home. Built-ins are also a practical way to add storage to living rooms, dens, and basements without giving up floor space.
Custom Furniture
Some pieces cannot be bought off a floor: a table built for a specific room, a cabinet made to hold a particular collection, or furniture that has to match woodwork already in the house. Kaz Carpentry designs and builds custom furniture in London, Ontario, one piece at a time, with over 20 years of experience behind the work. Bring a photograph, a sketch, or just the problem the piece has to solve - the design process starts there, and quotes are free.
Medical & Office Furniture - Commercial Work
Kaz Carpentry also builds for commercial clients, including medical and office furniture in London, Ontario: reception desks, cabinetry, and fitted furniture built to the dimensions and daily wear of a working practice or office. Commercial projects get the same in-house build and the same single point of contact - the owner - which keeps fitting and installation decisions quick on a live worksite. If a standard office catalogue does not fit your space, that is exactly the gap custom work fills.
Stair Caps & Staircase Work
A worn staircase dates the whole centre of a house. Kaz Carpentry caps and rebuilds staircases in London, Ontario, and staircase work is some of the most praised work in the company's client testimonials - homeowners have returned for a kitchen after a staircase job, and recommended Kaz on the strength of it.
